Programming note: Happy Holidays

, on December 23, 2013 , 10:30AM

You may have realized that it’s Christmas time, which means it’s time for us to take a break. We’ll have a Christmas preview show coming soon, then an end-of-year episode that will play on NBATV a few times until the end of the year — neither of which will be streamed live, FYI. But after that, we’ll be off until January 2, when we return with a vengeance. No posts during that time either, since we’ll all be cozying up with our various loved ones.

So have a good Christmas, enjoy our end of year stuff, then come back January 2 for another year of The Starters. Be safe out there and enjoy it!

The Starters was the biggest media disaster in 2013 and now you top it off with excluding your fans again! by not sending it live…especially the christmas and new year specials which were a must hear watch at the TBJ.
Come on! Tas knows that this show will be canceled…just read his body languague!

Will the X-Mas special be posted online at all?? Reminder that the internet fans of your show got you guys to this place, we all love your show, and we all don’t have NBA TV.

Also, it’s bad form to let us know about this now, instead of on Friday or something. You do want to retain your audience, right?

Both the Christmas episode and the end-of-year episode will be posted in their entirety online in video and audio format.

Happy Holidays to The Starters, you have a well-deserved break coming up.

Keep on doin’ what you do, I think you guys are trending in the right direction with each new episode.

Looking forward to more content in 2014!
